Specific Job Descriptions:

Meals/snacks/drinks service - Assist vendors and staff in setting up, distributing, replenishing, and/or cleaning up meals/snacks/drinks/ice/cups/etc.

Set Up – Assist vendors, sponsors and staff in setting up tables, chairs, and booths.

Course prep and set up – Assist with directional information and signage along the course and in the parking area. Sweep course and pick up trash (as needed) on course.

Parking - Direct event participants, volunteers, and VIPs to their designated parking areas.

Course Monitor - Ride, walk, or sit on the course to help enforce safety regulations and ensure all participants are having a smooth, safe ride.

Trash - Assist in placing trash containers. Monitor and collect trash from the containers as needed.

Runners - Assist vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff with various last-minute needs throughout the event. For example, vendors may need assistance with set-up, or food and/or drink supplies may need to be replenished or re-supplied (These are examples; you may be asked to do other tasks as well).
